So after work, I popped out for a nice little walk to Times Square. Its such an in your face place that you cannot imagine it if you haven't been there. Piccadilly pales into insignificance compared to that. The lights, the advertisements, the people wandering around, the Broadway connections, the shops, the storefronts, the traffic, the US Armed Forces Recruitment Station, the statues, the buildings, the architecture, the sheer scale, the accent, the TV studio, the slush and ice and snow and food - god the food...I just love it, NY is one of my bestest cities to go and visit and one day I think i want to go work there for a significant period of time. And just walk around the streets.
So here I am walking up and down the square and then thought, lets go to Central Park. On the way, I passed the Alwyn Court which has the Petrossian restaurant and bakery there. The story of the building is amazing, click on the link to find out more.
And then the bakery showed amazing stuff...yummy...
