While we were in Lucknow, it was just a few days before Shiv Ratri, the festival which celebrates Lord Shiva. So apparently hundreds of thousands of devotees walk hundreds of miles around Lucknow to get to this one temple. While we were driving around, there were these hundreds of people walking alongside the roads. At one time, we had to go somewhere and we stopped. Here there was a halting stop for these pilgrims and I took some photographs.
