The Storm in Singapore

Photobucket

Early in the morning, we went to have some breakfast and the light was really looking weird. So peeked out. It was an extraordinary sight. The clouds were moving in but below the clouds, there was sunlight.

But you could see the clouds darkening the top of this skyscraper.

This mirrored skyscraper was very stark against the threatening growling thundering clouds.

Came down to the ground floor to see it absolutely chucking down, the clear glass portico roof was heavy with rain and tiny waves.

On the ground, it was pouring with rain and you could see the splashes. Warm rain, mind you. I would have loved to run around and get wet but dont think it would be good for a boring old fart of a banker in a suit to be caught giggling and laughing with my face into the rain and splashing around. Adulthood is such a bore.

This was in the evening when we came back to the hotel. Still another thundercloud coming in.
